Return and Refund Policy – Shehnai Collections

Thank you for choosing Shehnai Collections. We value your trust. We want you to shop with peace of mind. That is why we are explaining our return and refund rules in a very clear way.

Our policy is designed to protect both sides. We work with care while preparing every parcel. You also deserve clarity when placing an order. Please read this policy before you shop.

Cash on Delivery Area

We offer Cash on Delivery for Lahore only. That means, if you live in Lahore, you can order and pay when the parcel arrives at your home.

When your parcel arrives in Lahore, you have the right to check your package before paying. Open it and see your suit. Check size, color, embroidery, and fabric. If you like it, then pay. If you do not like it, you can return it on the spot. You do not need to pay in that situation. The rider will take the parcel back. This is called Return Before Payment.

Please remember. Once you make the payment in Lahore, the order becomes final. After payment, you cannot ask for a refund. After payment, you can only request an exchange. The exchange must follow the rules mentioned below.

Advance Payment Area

For all other cities in Pakistan, we accept Advance Payment only. Cash on Delivery is not available outside Lahore.

We understand that online orders need trust. That is why we provide an extra step for confirmation. Before we ship your parcel to any other city, we will create a video of your exact item. The video will show your suit. It will show color, design, and packing. You will receive the video before dispatch. You will confirm that the item is correct. After your confirmation, we ship it.

Because of this step, orders outside Lahore have no Return option and no Refund option. Once the parcel is shipped after video proof, the order is final. We do not accept returns from other cities. Please keep this in mind before sending payment.

Why We Follow This System

Designer suits require careful packing. They often come in limited stock. Once a parcel leaves our office, it cannot always return safely. It may get damaged or opened. To avoid misuse, we make sure customers outside Lahore see a video of their exact item. This protects you and protects us.

In Lahore, customers can check the parcel before paying. That is why a return on the spot is allowed. But once payment is made, the piece cannot be refunded. It can only be exchanged.

Exchange Rules

Exchange is only allowed after payment. Exchange applies to both Lahore and other cities. But the cost and conditions are different.

Exchange can happen only if:
The item is unused.
The item has no perfume, no marks, and no signs of wear.
The item is in the original packaging.
Tags are still attached.

If the mistake is from our side. For example, we sent the wrong design, wrong size, or damaged piece. We will cover the cost of exchange. This means we will send the right item without extra charge.

If the mistake is from the customer side. For example, the customer ordered the wrong size or changed their mind. The customer will pay delivery cost for sending the wrong item back and receiving the new item.

Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After that time, exchange is not available.

No Cash Refund Rule

We do not offer cash refunds. Once payment is made, the amount stays with us. You may take an exchange only if your case fits the exchange rules.

We do not refund in the following situations:
Change of mind
Event date changed
You ordered by mistake
You expected a different color due to screen difference
Delay caused by courier
Stock sold out after reservation
Wrong address provided by customer

Before placing your order, please read size charts. Ask our team for help. You can request real pictures. If you live outside Lahore, you will also get a video proof before shipping.
