Where We Deliver

We deliver to all cities in Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and many more areas.

Free Shipping All Over Pakistan

Shipping is completely free. There are no extra delivery fees. The price shown on the website is the final price.

Cash on Delivery in Lahore Only

Customers living in Lahore can choose Cash on Delivery. When your parcel arrives, you can open it in front of the rider. Check the color, embroidery, size and fabric. If you like it, you pay. If you do not like it, hand it back on the spot.

Once payment is made in Lahore, the order becomes final. No refund is possible after payment. Only exchange is allowed under the rules described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Advance Payment for All Other Cities

For every city outside Lahore, we accept Advance Payment only. Cash on Delivery is not available anywhere else.

To make sure you feel safe and confident, you will receive a video of your exact suit before dispatch. This video will show the design, color, embroidery and packaging. After you confirm the video on WhatsApp, the parcel will be shipped.

After dispatch, the order becomes final. There is no return or refund for advance payment orders.

Shipping Time

Lahore: Usually 1 to 2 working days after confirmation
Other cities: Usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery may be delayed due to rain, strikes, courier issues or public holidays.

Order Packing

We pack every parcel carefully. Suits are wrapped securely so embroidery and fabric stay safe. For orders outside Lahore, video proof is recorded before sealing the package.

Tracking Rules

Tracking can be shared if requested. Courier tracking may update slowly, so please wait a few hours after dispatch.

For Lahore deliveries, a rider may call before arrival. Please keep your phone active.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

If the parcel returns to us because the address or phone number was incorrect or unreachable, the customer will need to pay shipping charges again to resend the parcel. Please check your details carefully before confirming.

Parcel Opening Rules

In Lahore, customers can open parcels before payment.
Outside Lahore, parcels cannot be opened before payment because payment is already made before dispatch. Instead, you receive a video of your exact item.
